At the 2019 AGM, it was agreed that the London Softball League should investigate moving from the current structure (an Unincorporated Association) to a Community Interest Company Limited by Guarantee (CIC, as was not for profit).
In order for this to happen, various legal documents would need to be drawn up, including the Memorandum of understanding (which would set out the membership criteria and founding the company) and the Articles of Association (which would set out how the company is run, based on the current LSL Constitution).
Though some funds are available, it is hoped that a team member may have the required legal expertise and be able to help with the documents on a Pro Bono basis.
