Please note that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the London Softball League will take place on Monday 30 January 2023 at the Sir Christopher Hatton Pub (4 Leather Lane, London EC1N 7RA).
The meeting will begin at 7.30pm, with doors open from 6.45pm.

Attendance
All teams must send one (1) representative to the AGM. This person must have been rostered to the team for the current season. Attendance is in person only – there will be no virtual attendance facilities.
Any teams not represented at the AGM may be docked a point for the following season. A register will be taken; team organisers, please ensure you have a representative attending.
Due to space, only one player per team may attend. If anyone else wishes to attend, contact the Director in advance: director@londonsoftball.co.uk.
Please note that the AGM will be held on the lower floor, accessed via stairs.

Committee Roles – Volunteer Today!
All committee roles for the 2023 season will be elected at the AGM. All roles are open for election, with a number of committee members standing for re-election. The following roles, however, will be vacant due to committee members stepping down:

If you would like to stand for either of these positions, or any other committee role, please contact the League Director: director@londonsoftball.co.uk. (You can nominate yourself for a role at the AGM, but prior notice is preferred.)

The League is run entirely by volunteers and cannot function without support from across our teams – please consider volunteering to ensure the continued success of the League. If you would like to volunteer but cannot see a suitable role, please get in touch to discuss further. Roles may also be shared.

Documentation and Amendments
The Agenda and previous Minutes will be circulated nearer the date.
If you wish to suggest any amendments to the Constitution, Standing Orders or raise any other discussion points, please speak to the League Director as soon as possible: director@londonsoftball.co.uk.
