If you are looking for a way to take part in softball having never played before, this is the option for you!

Softball 101 was a fantastic introduction to a new sport and had us all looking forward to Monday evenings every week, I’m not sure I’ve said that about anything else before!

Run by award-winning coaches, over the course of the season you will learn to catch with a glove, throw the ball, and hit effectively, all while learning the tactics of softball. You will also get the chance to experience the important social side of softball with your new friends, with friendly drinks after sessions, and weekend events.

At the end of the year, the participants are encouraged to form a team with uniforms and colours, with entry to the next season’s league paid for by London Softball.

We began the year not knowing anyone and with little to no experience of how to play the game. We ended it having formed a team, socialising regularly, and even having a Christmas party!
